Happiness
Like that African man who is happy to have emerged unscathed from a fratricidal war and whose only possession is the old tunic he wears. And he is happy to be able to watch the sun rise every day, even though he does not know if he will have anything to eat tomorrow.
Like Nelson Mandela, who despite being imprisoned for 27 years was able to forgive and be at peace, finding meaning in his life.
We have the opportunity to be happy here and now, regardless of the situation in the country, politics, the economy, etc., because our happiness comes exclusively from within.
Let's choose happiness over complaining and start seeing this world as the ideal setting for learning our life lessons.
If you want the world to change, start by changing yourself.
