Scarcity or abundance exist only in my mind

The terms scarcity and abundance only exist in the way we perceive them. There are people who are content with very little and do not need more. On the other hand, there are others who, despite having a lot, suffer from scarcity because they compare themselves to others who have much more. Therefore, scarcity and abundance only exist in our minds, depending on how we choose to perceive our surroundings.

The Being, our essence, is Love. And as such, it needs nothing else, since being Love, it has everything and enjoys eternal peace and infinite happiness. Its goal is to expand Love.

When we see scarcity, we are misperceiving from the ego, which corresponds to an external view. If we choose the internal view from the perspective of the Being, we will feel that we already have everything. We will be grateful for such simple things as seeing the sunlight, breathing, being able to eat, a house to live in... And our life will become a constant giving thanks for all that we have. An attitude that can lead us to peace, as a prelude to happiness.

If I am essentially Love, an eternal mind-spirit, the only thing I really need to be happy is to become aware of it, regardless of my family, work, or economic situation.

The black sheep: a symbol of inner freedom

I want to congratulate those who have bravely decided to question each and every one of their beliefs, letting go of attachments, at the risk of being labeled “black sheep.”

Do you consider yourself a black sheep?

Free yourself from the invisible glasses that distort your world

We are constantly creating our world. And that creation is the result of what we think, which sometimes transforms into words we verbalize and sometimes into actions we take. In turn, our thoughts are strongly conditioned by the beliefs we learned in childhood and other new ones we incorporate from our environment.

We have a mistaken perception of the world influenced by our beliefs. Metaphorically speaking, it is as if we were constantly wearing “perceptual glasses” that color what our physical senses perceive with the color of our beliefs or thoughts.

Our perception is an interpretation. Hence, it is practically impossible to perceive with certainty what is happening outside, as it is a reflection of our inner state.

To be freer, to be able to take off our “perceptual glasses,” we would have to start rethinking each and every one of our beliefs, since they are not ours, they are inherited or acquired.

We can live more consciously if we take into account that what we see is not really so.

I join you, not your suffering

There is a widespread belief that has been passed down to us, which goes like this: “If you don't feel the suffering of that person (family member, friend...) within yourself, it's because you don't love them.” This belief is a misguided judgment made from the ego.

Pain is not the same as suffering. Pain is related to the body and can be alleviated with medication. Suffering is in our minds.

This is a world in which we go through difficult situations. These are experiences that, if we approach them with confidence, will help us advance on our inner journey.

If a family member or friend is going through a hard time, you will help them in any way you can, just as you would help a stranger who has a problem on the street, but you should not take on their suffering as your own, as these are their life experiences, not yours.
It is very normal to worry if someone you care about is going through a difficult situation, but keep in mind that your suffering will not help them or you.

When you suffer for someone, it is because you are seeing them from the ego. You have lost sight of the bigger picture of that person as an eternal and spiritual being who is passing through this earth and living a situation that they have unconsciously chosen for themselves, even if they are unaware of it.

The best thing you can do for a person who is suffering is to ask for help from your wisest part, your Being, to mentally unite with them, making them feel that they are part of the Oneness, of the Love that is our essence. Love them, without attachment, and be assured that your thoughts will reach them as all minds are united.

Unite with your brother and do not make their suffering your own.
